accommodation reservation services for your convenience.

Common Details
- IT IS COMPULSORY for festival participants to use the accommodation allocated for the festival. Final allocation of hotel is dependent on the size of the group and based on registration date.

The deadline for Accommodation fees is JULY 31, 2025.
Early Bird 20% off until JUNE 30, 2025.

All meals and traveling expenses are to be borne by the participating choirs. Each choir is advised to take out the necessary insurance coverage
to cover all third party risks. The festival organizers are not liable for any accidents, injuries or loss incurred during the period of the festival.

- Space is limited and rooms will be assigned on a first-come basis.

This year, we are providing rehearsal rooms for participants who book their accommodation through the festival.
The rehearsal room will be allocated in hourly time slots.

- Choirs MUST provide Name & Gender & Passport Number of all traveling members for room assignments.
